I placed a complain to the CA Bar in May 2010 regarding loan modification services not performed and upfront fees. The Lawyer's name is Alan Tajer .The Bar assigned investigator Sheila Campbell to my case . She closed the case .
Unfortunatly miss Campbell had no written proof of the statements she made in the closing letter. She had no written proof from my lenders that mr Tajer performed any services . Most of the statements in the closing letter are lies from Mr Tajer and miss Campbell .
Miss Campbell also ignored that California passed Senate bill 94 in October 2009 prohibiting Lawyers to take money at front for loan modifications. Mr Tajer was supposed to be my lawyer at that time .
Miss Campbell ignored the law in CA, Federal laws and agencies regulations including FBI.Miss Campbell took a decision without any proof from the lenders that Mr Tajer performed loan modification services.
I guess it is the way the CA Bar protects crooks lawyers.
