I ordered a bathroom vanity from this company on Jan 30th 2018. They did not act on my purchase or use my credit card.They do not answer their phones. It's a recording without a message machine. I contacted them via email many times asking if they were going to send my cabinet.They told me 2-4 weeks.After six weeks and no cabinet, I wrote again asking where it was.They wrote back and said their credit card machine was not working and I was to send them a check over email by giving my routing number and account number which I did.They cashed the check but still did not send the cabinet. By the end of February  I kept writing asking where my cabinet was.They responded it would be sent March 5th and it was signed Kevin. By the end of March still no cabinet. When asked where it was, they said March was busy and they were behind, did I want to cancel.  I reminded them that I ordered in January, not March and please just send the cabinet. April 1st I get an email "How do you like your cabinet?"  from them. I never got my cabinet and they know it. I am now asking for a refund. I stopped hearing from them since I canceled the cabinet and wanted my money back.  They are still not answering the phones and now are not answering emails.   My order number is 100000715 It was placed on JAN 30, 2018 Cabinet Mania owes me $244.47  Thank you for anything you can do.

I see the response that came from this company was written April 24.  I find that interesting because on that same date, the company cut a check for me, HOWEVER the check was not mailed until 7/5 and received by me on 7/9.  I quickly deposited it and two days later was notified by my bank that the check did not clear and they charged me $15 for depositing a bad check.

This company is all over the internet as a scam.  Look up Frank Lamark. He's the owner.  He has so many law suits against him that he's had to change the name of his company and the location at least 4 times in the past three years.  I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office along with the Better Business Bureau.  They state they have an A rating with the BBB?  Another lie. There are hundreds of complaints against them with the BBB.

Bottom line: Research before sending any online company an Echeck and DO NOT believe them when they tell you their credit card machine isn't working. Huge red flag.

They told me they'd issue me another refund check.  This scam of a company needs to be shut down and could someone please throw Mr. Lamark in jail where he belongs?  I'm only out a few hundred $$. There are many who are out thousands of dollars.  Something tells me Frank Lamark is pretty wealthy right about now.

Every word of this report is 100% accurate. I never stated when I canceled my order. I simply said I have not received any timeline for a refund. Not a letter saying a refund was requested or in progress. NOTHING from you.  Just a lot of unanswered emails and phone calls.  Numerous requests for you to call me ignored.  Not one word why you couldn't send me the cabinet I bought and paid for back in January and paid in full March 13th?  Do your records including the time match my records?  You are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I hope people are reading this. Please tell me one thing in my report that is incorrect.  You can't because it's all true.  Now send me my money.

The customer canceled their order via email in writing on Tue, Apr 17, 2018 at 4:31pm so this report is NOT accurate. Refunds are processed in 7-10 days via credit card to the customer. Thank you
