CACV of Colorado Credit Card Company Colorado

Heaven forbid if someone steals your identity and gets a Credit Card through CACV of Colorado. They don't care if it is identity theft and will come after you relentlessly. I was in the process of filing bancruptcy and the investigator for the lawyer I was using discovered that a Credit Card taken out in my name originated from an address in Vermont, thing is, I never lived in Vermont... They contacted CACV to report their findings and CACV said they did not care, my name was on the Credit Card. They sued me, and I pleaded with the judge and pointed out that this was a case of Stolen Identity... The Judge said he could not do anything. They awarded CACV of Colorado the case and I had to pay $35 a week, the minimum. I paid for several weeks and then CACV sent a check back. I called the company and they said "The case is closed." I asked "What does that mean?" and they responded "We have closed the case, but leasve open the option to Sue you again at a later date."
Sure enough a few years went by and they sued me again, and again they won the case and the amount was $35 a week. They collected from me for several weeks and then returned a check, again I called and they said the case was closed, again... The Lawyer they used in my home state: Attorney Michael J Auger decided to get a writ from the court to take $135 of money out of my checking account of only $10, resulting in an overdraft of my account and I ended up having to pay the bank $650 to resolve and close my account.
I have recently gone on disability for several health issues that made it impossible for me to work.
Guess what? CACV of Colorado just sent me a letter for intention to sue... This time it's another Lawyer...
I have been harrased and robbed by this company and the legal system, time and time again and if they don't like the payment amount they will close the case with an option to sue again... I have been informed by a Lawyer, what they are doing is illegal, but alas, I cannot do anything as I am on Docial Security Disability and to not make enough to retain a lawyer!!!
