I called them for a headlight on a 2004 cadillac, he assured me the light was clean and had no repairs or anything broken and assisted that I pay for the part prior to delivery or else he wont send the light. he was supposed to charge me 190$ he charged me 223$ for a "delivery fee" that i was unaware of. Sure enough the part was broken and poorly repaired with glue and was missing a guide pin in the back. I rejected the part and he began to yell at me in a racist manor saying that it was expected for me to reject this part. WHICH WAS BROKEN. Now it has been 11 days im waiting for a refund, everytime I call they put me on hold for 15-20 minutes then say that it will take another 3 days. they refuse to fax me a chargeback slip from the credit card or anything. DO NO BUY FROM THEM.
