WE bumped a curb pretty hard and hit something with the fnnder, causing a couple of dings also the paint was scraped all the way down the side. To me it was not much more than a fender bender but the tire and wheel was badly damaged. State Farm recomended Calibur Collsion. That was when the trouble started, An estimate was written for 2300.00 I knew that was rediculous because I did that work years ago, and insurance was paying. The manager promised to email me at each step. two days it should have been done, no email so I went down there, still waiting on parts, WHAT a wheel and tire? two days later no email, went there again and was told they found $1600 more damage behind the dinged fender, that was a lie and I told him so. Insurance totaled the car based on what they claimed. Now I go there again and they make me pay 160.00 reassembly fee before they will release the car. It was a beatiful car when it went in but after paying, the fender was pushed in, drip moulding bent up an just hanging on, door mouldings stuck on over dirt with two sided tape, one fell off and was lost. Called SF to report fraud and they refused to look at it even if I would bring it to them, I just wanted them to see what they paid all that money for. I don`t know what CC and SF have going but it is not right. car is still on the road after I put a new wheel and tire on it. looks like hell but runs and drives just fine This disshonest company is taking over all the good body shops in the area and as far as I can tell nationwide. If any one needs any advice let me know... ex auto body painter

Its interesting to read so many bad reviews of Caliber Collision throughout the US.  My car was impounded and towed by a company that was taken over by Caliber Collision in Glenolden, PA.  When we picked it up the next day, we were subjected to rotten behavior by the woman at the desk and the gas tank had been emptied.  I posted a negative review of the company on google and the "owner" responded with sarcasm and lies.  He opened with "its unfortunate that your car was criminally impounded."  Just a nasty attitude.  They defended the  rude employee's behavior on top of that by saying that it was our fault we made her angry!  And the owner wasn't even present!
