I was contacted by California Payday Loans and they said I could get a loan for $3000.00. I had to go purchase of Greendot voucher for $183.00. I did that. Then they said I had to go get another one for $350.00 which I did. They took my money and never gave me the loan and I am out of money and unable to pay bills now or buy food.

What can be done about these people running these scams.
