My nightmare began mid-November, 2012. I received a call from a Tracy from phone number (209) 643-0391. I was told that I was approved for over 1000.00 payday loan. Being in the financial situation I am in, I was very interested. She gave me the phone number (209) 753-4749, the number for Nelson Brown, who told me I had to wire $160.00 via Western Union to a Alma Ramirez, first. This was for a transaction fee. When I had asked to view the terms in the form of an email or document, he directed me to a website called elitecashwire.com. Funny, since the name of the company Nelson refers to upon answering the phone is "California Cash Advance". I could not find anything negative online about elitecashwire.com. They even advertise on their website they are a member of the OLA, or Online Lending Alliance. I called the OLA to do my research on this company, and also sent an email under their "contact us" tab. I have not received any information. California Cash Advance shows being located in Compton, California, after doing a Google search.

Meanwhile, I thought about it, and figured the fees up front for this loan made sense. I agreed to pay the first Western Union because the payback plan seemed reasonable for this short term loan. After I wired the amount of $160.00, Nelson Brown told me that I had to wire another $235.00 to a Gilbeth Manuel in order to get the money transferred from the Phillipeans to my bank in the United States. I wired that amount, too. Desperate times come with desperate measures. When a third amount was requested by him, I became furious. It was at that point when I had asked for my money back. Nelson had told me that I couldn't get it back, but to speak with a Keevon Jordon, who maybe could help. When I demanded to be transferred to him, I was put on hold, and Nelson came back on the line disguising himself as Keevon. This is when I knew I had blew it. I had became very upset, and again, asked for my money back. THE WORST PART HAPPENS NEXT: Keevon/Nelson became very sexually explicit over the phone. He asked me if I have a daughter who is at least 18, and proceeded to tell me what he was going to do to her sexually. He asked me if I like to ride big d****, and if my daughter likes to be fu**** from behind.....so forth.

I since have reported this incident with my local police. The officer came to my home to discuss. As rudely as I was treated with "Nelson/Keevon", the bottom line is that all I really want is my money back. Does anyone know how to do this? I cannot believe such monsters are getting away with ripping people off so badly.
