California Casualty Reported break in/robbery almost 2 yrs ago without satisfaction and feel I am the criminal San Mateo, California

A report was filed with California Casulty in Jan. 2011.  There was a break in/robbery at my home.  It was reported to police.  I have been compliant to all information requested in this matter.  I am very dissatisfied with this company.  They have had an attorney investigate this matter.  I am being asked for the same information over and over.  This matter should ahve been resolved quickly.  I paid the insurance in full at the time of puschase in good faith, however; now that a claim has been filed they are refusing to take any action to rectify the situation except to contact an attorney to investigate.  My house was broken into, I was robbed, many items were stolen and receipts were given for the majority of the items.  They continue to make this extremely difficult and stressful on me and my family.  I assumed when this policy was purchased, if a claim was filed for any of the reasons written in the policy, the company expedite the claim in a timely matter and not turn it over to an attorney to be investigated.
