Californiabirthindex.org Violating Privacy Laws California

I have REPEATEDLY contacted them asking them to remove all my information from their website, only to be ignored. they are the only company on the internet that does not comply with respecting people's privacy. Also, they are not assoicated with DreamHost.com. I contacted dreamhost & they said this: 

"We are not the host of "californiabirthindex.org". While the domain is registered with us, it appears to be hosted with Heroku. We are not hosting the site and have no control over the servers it is hosted on."

I recently contacted Heroku asking them to remove them from the website and haven't heard anything back from them yet. (not holding my breath on that).

I've reported "californiabirthindex.org" to the FTC for violation of privacy laws, fraud, and theft. I suggest anyone who's having the same problems to also report them to the FTC.
