Call Wave ripoff, bad consumer relations, communication with in company non existant Internet

This is a company that is supposed to let you know if you have an in coming call while you are online. it doesnt work, they claim they have a 30 day free trial. when you call the number to cancel they tell you stuff like, we can give you 60 days free and you say no and they say we can give you 90 days free and you say no it doesnt work. then they say we can cancel it but we will leave you on the list so if you want to come back you can with the free 90 days. then 2 weeks later you get a bill, you email them explain you canceled well before the 30 days was up they continue to send bills .. and emails saying you will be canceled and reported for non payment. you do not get a response to your emails sent to them. this company is a rip off!
