Callwave.com ripoff, cancelled and they keep billing me, keep asking for credit card number, no answer at phone numbers, no reply to emails Santa Barbara California

I had callwave for over 3 years now and they billed the charges to my phone bill which is Virzon. Sept they said verizon won't excetp the charges and told me to contact verizon and i did. Verizon said they do execpt my charges for callwave and that there was no reason for then not to nor no reason for them to stop excepting the charges for callwave.

Callwave is saying that there is a block or something on my phone so charges arn't excepted. Verizon is saying there is no such thing on my phone. Verizon said they charge many people daily for callwave daily services. And nothing has changed on my phone services in over 3 years besides adding call foward when busy.

Callwave keeps asking for my credit card # and i do not give it to them because verizon said they may be trin to scam me. They also have a option to select to have you pay it through the mail by check or money order and i chose to do that. I gave them all my information to pay by money order and still to this day have not received anything. I chose to pay by money order.

Callwave charges $5.95 to be billed to my phone company Virzon and charges $3.95 to be billed any other way. I cancelled Callwave and they are still charging me $5.95 a month for a service I no longer have. I feel they are ripping me off and I want the charges stopped.

I emailed them many many times and they just keep giving me the run around. I called at least 30 times and no one answers the calls they have 2 phone numbers 1-800-816-2947 & 1-866-665-0016 I call both numbers at least 4 times daily. I'm always put on hold and stay on the line a half a hour at a time and still no answer!
