CallWave.com Service won't work with AT&T in Arizona but no refund Dishonest company Santa Barbara California

When I signed up with Callwave I was not told that their service won't work with AT&T because AT@T made a deal with AOL not allowing the kind of forward on busy which would be necessary for Callwave. Callwave knows that but they won't give that information to their customers. Neither does AT@T. What I understand is that there is some kind of secret contract between AOL and AT@T.

I found out about that after numerous phone calls and email because the callwave service I had paid for would not work. I closed the account and asked for a refund. After a couple of month I received an email saying that I should go to my account to check on my refund. That was not possible because I had closed the account and did not have access to it anymore. I had to send another 10 emails until callwave gave me access to my account to check if I had a refund. there was no refund on my account and I never received it. After another 5 emails which were never responded I gave up.

That's the way how these guys treat customers and how they do business. Now I have a 56K V.92 modem on my computer so that I can answre phone calls without paying any monthly fees.
