Out of the blue I have been getting emails from this company saying I signed up for a 30 day trial. I have not. They have my name and a wrong phone number. Their emails have not way to opt out or contact them to find out how in the world they got my name. I am totally not interested in any service from this company. The latest email has told me they are going to start taking payments out of my credit card. I will be watching for this.
The only number they give is an activation number. I never called them. Every email (five so far) has come from a different email account. I did not sign up for them and I don't want their service.
I have no idea where they are from.

Callwave finally heard from someone

I finally found their website and emailed their customer service. I told them I reported them to rip-off, and within a couple of days I got an email telling me how to cancel. The cancel process involved using a password, that I never had, since it wasn't me who signed up, so I had to go through steps for "lost password". I got that and was able to cancel. They asked why and I told them I did not sign up for this service and that my name was given to them fraudulantly. I was just glad to get the email verifying my account had been closed.
This company really needs to have that information in the emails they send saying that the service was approved and they are going to start charging your card.
