Cambridge Who's Who Applied via facebook about Cambridge Who's Who for Professional Women. Scammed $1700 from me. Internet

I attempted to get a refund from Cambridge Who's Who.  I was told that I could only have a refund if I could prove that my membership was cancelled.  I sent an e-mail I had received from the company confirming that my membership had been cancelled.  I then received a call from a different representative of the company informing me that the company would not issue a refund.  When I asked why - and - mentioned that I did what had been required for a refund, she did not have an answer, and hung up the phone on me.  So much for customer service and company integrity.
