This company will Rob you blind! upon move in you will pay close to $700 in deposits including pet deposits, they also charge a monthly pet fee (I have perfect rental history and credit) when you move out they will not put those despoits towards your move out so they don't have to refund your deposit. They will send you a long list of fees that they make in order to pad your move out paperwork. I hired a cleaning crew to clean the apartment and still they listed a charge for cleaning.
