I reached out to Camden Grey Essential Oils to attempt to stop an order because of the insane shipping fees charged to me and this is the "Business Reply" that I received! Be VERY CAREFUL of your money and who you spend it with. I am disputing their unscrupulous behavior or the owners unscrupulous business practices with PayPal and this is the lovely reply she sent me. You Have Been Warned!!!

 Our reply to PayPal appears below.  We have nothing further to discuss with you, don’t bother to reply, you have been blocked.  We refuse to deal with unstable persons and, obviously, you are one.

PayPal, here is our reply to you about what this insane woman is claiming with her lies:

We have located the order to which you refer, (order 217277); however, we’re confused by the text you sent us: “We recently notified you that a payment you received was made without the account holder's permission, or was the result of a transaction error. The buyer has asked their credit card issuer to reverse this payment. We've placed a temporary hold on this transaction while we investigate.”

 There was no error on this woman's part, there was no transaction error, she gave her permission for this transaction as evidenced by her reply which appears below.  This (apparently) unstable customer emailed us directly tonight, her explanation doesn’t match what you sent us.  PayPal: explain how it is that you allow lying customers such as this one to get away with pulling this stunt.  If this person didn’t like our S&H quote, all she had to do was leave our website. Instead, she submitted her NON-CANCELLABLE order.   Here’s her text to us:

“You are unfair in your business practices and for that reason alone I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase from you. You unscrupulously charged me $21.83 for shipping; something I would NEVER EVER EVER AGREE TOO!!! Then you have the audacity to state that your shipping prices are final. You know exactly what you are doing and THANK GOD I USED PAYPAL!! I will NEVER do business with your site ever again in my natural life!!! I PROMISE YOU THAT!!! I DO NOT HAVE $21.83 TO THROW AWAY ON A SHIPPING GIMMICK THAT YOU'VE SET UP UNFAIRLY!!! YOU DO NOT ALLOW THE PURCHASER TO VIEW THEIR ORDER BEFORE AGREEING TO YOUR BOGUS TERMS!! GOOD LUCK WITH THIS UNFAIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!”

Any business that replies to a consumer in the above manner never has to worry about my money again. When you do shady things to gain extra shipping fees, you will undercut yourself frum future business dealings with the consumer.

YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED!!!
