Camden Grey Essential Oils Terrible Customer Service Doral Internet

I recently made an order with Camden Grey for $80.  FedEx showed they delivered my products but they were not on doorstep.  I emailed Camden Grey and received a response back saying because I did not purchase the Signature on Delivery option there was nothing they can do and that I would have to take up the matter with FedEx and the next time I order that I should make sure I get the Signature on Delivery option if this were to happen again.  Do they seriously think I will ever order from them again?!?!?  I spent $80 with your company and all you can say is sorry you didn't get the Signature on Delivery so nothing we will do about it.  Terrible customer service.  I read bad reviews on them but in the past I have never had any issues with the products or the delivery.  Camden Grey will never get my business again and no one else should use them!!!!
