If I were trying to get fit, I wouldn't do it at Camp Gladiator. Lee Park in Dallas has animal waste stations every 25 yards, while not officially a dog park, it is pet friendly and a place for people to have puppy play dates. This Camp Gladiator location hosts a trainer named Whitney Golston, quite a terrifying sight of a woman, even more so when you see this "Gladiator" mace a tiny 4 month old golden retriever. I don't believe there is any field of reason that makes it acceptable to mace a dog, big or small. Maybe if it were a person twice your size trying to rob/rape/kill you, I reiterate- PERSON. A dog wouldn't ever try to do that, perhaps hump your leg at the very most (not classified as rape by the way), or if it's a Shepard dog, maybe nip at your ankles attempting to herd you like sheep; that's what they have been trained to do, be farm dogs. The ankle nipping is harmless, I, a rather average sized 5'5" woman, have been herded by an Australian Shepard, and she was merely PRETENDING to bite my ankles. I truly don't understand harming a creature that has been dubbed "Mans Best Friend", especially so when the situation involves a small puppy that is still teething. It really is a terrifying sight to see a 6ft+ tall, roid-rage induced looking woman aggressively mace a maybe 2ft tall puppy. Even more disturbingly so, no one in the camp responded to the macing, and all the efforts my peers have put in have been ignored and deleted. I cannot support a camp that supports animal cruelty, as I am a pet owner. I hope all other pet owners that want to join this camp read my message before it's too late. If this woman continues to act the way she is, I would take caution. If none of the other trainers or trainees are phased by this monster macing an innocent playful puppy, it could (will) get worse.

Not to mention the other reviews about Camp Gladiators poor handling of their money....
