Campus Lodge Apartments MADE-UP FALSE CHARGES Gainesville, Florida

Campus Lodge Apartments-My daughter lived at Campus Lodge 2007-2008. Upon arrival filled out form for managment to replaced old stained,dirty,sticky wooden furniture(desk,bed,living room,dining room,spotted walls)she had to cover furniture to use it in her apartment, management assured her once she signed her lease-furniture would be replaced that campus lodge was up-grading apartments inside furniture.

Nevertheless, upon my daughters departure campus lodge sent her and I a bill saying they need $100 to re-paint the walls in my daughters room. (I assure you they painted the walls to lure in new tenants ,they think at our expense).
