CANDEO TECH Saurabh Suman Sent money to complete project never started and kept my money Kolkata, Internet

Over the course of the year he would ping me on a monthly basis using Skype asking if I had any work for him. I always told him no. In July of 2010 I had a project that I did not have time to do, so I decide to give him a shot. He asked for 35% of the money to get the project started which was $490.00 I paid him the required funds and was promised something would be online within 2 weeks for me to see. During the course of the 2 weeks he would ask for additional information so I honestly thought the work was being done. A few days before the projects progress was to be viewed I sent him an email with no reply. The day came and went for progress review. For the next several weeks I emailed him asking to see the  progress and never got a reply.

I called the number he gave me and he answered the phone saying that he was not in and that Saurabh would be back in the office in 2 days. 2 days came and past, no Saurabh.

After about 2 weeks he finally replied to my emails stating that there was a family emergency that he had to attend to and further went on to explain that progress on the project was continuing. I bought it and asked when I could see the projects progress, I was told in a week. HAH! That week came and gone I sent several emails now demanding a refund, he replied telling me he lost his main programmer to an illness. I went on to explain to him I just wanted my money back. To make a long story short I finally gave him the ability to pay me $50.00 per month. He never made a payment towards my refund.

My advise to anyone dealing with this person is to STAY AWAY! He will promise you the world, come up with excuses and then rip you off!
