I am not one to spend time writing poor reviews but the fact that this so-called graphic designer not only wasted my time and money, but it's also appparently something she does as a business model, makes me so angry. 

Before I hired her, we emailed a few times to see if my timeline would work for her schedule and she assured me it would. She said 3-4 weeks was average for turn around time. 

9 weeks later and a total of 4 emails with NO response at all, I threatened her with legal action unless she provided me the full package or a refund within 24 hours. I did receive a refund the next day with no explaination or apology but the fact is, now I am sitting on a website where I could be making money but can't launch becuase I don't have the graphics she promised.

Knowing that she has a history of creating new companies/brands to run from her past mistakes here was her offering: 

Here is our correspondence. I have removed details unrelated to this converation: 

 Me 11/25 - "I'm looking launch a my new website in January. What is the lead time to begin? I'd like to start as soon as your are able."

 Candi 11/28 - "We can certainly begin your project by the end of the week and meet your expected launch time." 

 I proceeded to pay for her services the same day and also start the requested Pinterest Board leaving everything in her court to begin work. 

blah blah blah, she "created" a mood board using my pins withouy any actual creative input from her. She sent some seemingly computer generated "logos", I asked for 1 small revision then I went on vacation. Here's what happened next. 

Me 1/18 - Hi Candi, I've been out of town for two weeks and was a little disappointed when I didn't have anything from you upon my return. I guess we should have talked about timeline and expectations more specifically from the outset. When can we wrap up our work together? 

Candi 1/18 I am so sorry! I sent you an updated email with attachments! I will resend it as soon as I get home from my son's basketball game!

We can complete your project this week.

(NOTE - NO SUCH EMAIL WITH ATTACHMENTS WERE EVER SENT) 

She was supposed to provied a main and sub logo with raw files, color codes, font files, plus digital assests. 

That was the last I heard from her. Three email later titled: 

"Hello?!"

"What's Next?" 

and 

"You Wouldn't Want another of of these would you?"  (with link to another Ripoff report)
