I invested in 3 projects with Cannon Operating.
William Baker won't return any of my calls or emails. The warning signs here are huge.
Everyone I was dealing with at his company has quit or "been fired" according to him.
I have asked for copies of legal documents he won't provide, or communicate at all.
The communication was spotty to begin with, between people quitting and projects not moving forward, I can't tell if the company is just bad at what they do, or if the company is worse then that (i.e. commiting fraud). I am willing to go up and look at books and records and find out if they are just bad.
Either way, I would caution others against investing in this company. They say all the right things at first; however, they just cut off communication when it starts to go wrong.

Absolutley no movement forward on any of the other projects.
Cannon Operating has once again stopped communicating. I was assured everything was getting better, but gave money to drill a well over a year ago and nothing is happening. There is clearly something fishy/problematic going on here.
Especially when people entirely stop communicating with you.
I would advise against investing with this company in any way shape or form.

I was premature in filing this report. I had a long conversation with Mr. Baker last night and have receive the information on projects I requested.
I will post further updates on this matter as 2019 progresses; however, my concerns are allieviated at this point and I am continuing to work with him on 2 projects.
I would pull my post down; however, the policy of the company is too leave reports up. Based on that I will continue to post updates until conclusion of these projects.
