Canvas Replicas Scam online painting store no customer support! Internet

As we have done with the other false complaints this competitor has posted, let us explain why we know this posting is false.   1) We have no customers named Nnanna in our database.   2) We have never had a customer order from anywhere in Vietnam.   3) This "customer" stated we did not list a phone number or email address listed on our website.  Our phone number and email address are listed at the TOP OF EVERY PAGE of our website.   Not just some of the pages on our website, the top of every page.   Our customer service and communication is one of the things we pride ourselves on.  If you call during our business hours (listed below) you will speak to us live.   If you call after hours and leave a message you will receive a call back the next day.  If you send an email you will receive a reply within the hour.   It is one of the traits which sets us apart.  5) Read the way the complaint is written and the language they use.  This competitor company is using an offshore spamming service to write negative comments about us and other vendors, and has become infamous on RipOff Report for mass posting negative complaints against all art vendors.  You can tell by the way these complaints are poorly written they are not legitimate customers but an offshore spamming farm.  You will see in the Art Galleries and Art Gallery categories of RipOff Reports there were now over 200 complaints posted in a fourteen day window of Dec. 14-29 against a wide variety of art vendors including Canvas Replicas.  These are not from real customers but the spam farm used by one company, 1st Art Gallery, focused on discrediting their competition.   We know now who it is because one of their former employees contacted us and other companies after seeing our rebuttals and let us know what they are doing.
