We have been hit by a false complaint from a competitor posing as a customer for the third time.     We now know this is a specific competitor trying to discredit us.   We will explain below how we know this posting is false and know a competitor is behind this and other postings.   In 17 years we have been in business we have had only three complaints posted online and all have been from fictional 'customers' (competitors).   Let us explain how we know this posting is a false complaint. 

One - We have no one in our database of 17 years in business by the name of Matilda.   Two - We have never had a customer from Countryside, Florida.   In fact, there is no such city or town named Countryside in Florida.  Three - this 'customer' stated "after a few weeks the painting arrived."  Our commissions take 6-8 weeks to be complete and dry enough to ship, not a few weeks.   Finally - We now know this same competitor posted 23 such complaints against Canvas Replicas and other vendors between Sept 7 thru Sept 17.   A conscientious customer or former employee of this company took the time to inform us of all the specific complaints (w/ links to each) made against Canvas Replicas and other vendors.   We will not list the name of the competitor here who is posting these false claims or provide all the links to the fake complaints they have posted, but we would be glad to provide that information if you wish to contact us.     We do not want to lower ourselves to the level of this competitor by posting their name online but are willing to share that information one on one.   This offending company is probably one you should try to avoid. 

We are sorry you have had to spend your valuable time reading this false complaint and our explanation/clarification.   Unfortunately this is the age we live in and it appears this is going to be the strategy of this competitor to post and post again.  We will take the time to refute each false post.    Apparently this company feels it can generate more business only by trashing their competitors rather then just providing a fantastic product which sets them apart.   We choose to provide a great product, not disparage our competitors.   If you wish to see how our real customers truly feel about our works you can go to www.CanvasReplicas.com/Testimonials.htm.
