Capital Acquisitions And Management Company Ripoff Yet another victim of this dishonest fraudulent billing company How can we put these criminals behind bars?! ROCKFORD Illinois

I have recently been yet another victim of these imbecils. My parents received a phone call from them on Saturday June 14th stating that I owe them $2027.18. Ridiculous!

On Thursday, June 19th, my parents received their wonderful letter in the mail because I don't even live in the country anymore. Well their letter states that I need to pay them this amount or my credit will be ruined.

Worried about this I called long distance to clear this up and spoke to a Kay Ramon who said it is my debt and I have to pay them. Then I spoke to a Sean and he is the rudest man in the world. He couldn't give me any information about my debt all he said was that it is a debt I incurred from a company by the name of AVONDALE an account formerly held by Fourscore Resource Capital, LL. So I told him I needed all the information of what it was I purchased. He didn't tell me anything. I asked him to tell me what my social security number was and he gave me a bogous number.

After speaking to this idiot he transfered me back to Kay Ramon who then gave me my correct social security number. I am worried about them having my number. What can I do about that because it really worries me that they have my SS#? And what can I do to get them to stop harassing me?

Luckily they haven't called me here in South America, but I am sure they will continue harassing my parents. Help! How can we put these criminals behind bars?!
