letter received from Capital Billing Service LLC claiming i owe and have been sent to collections for $1,098.90 from American Readers Source. Never heard of this account nor have i ever had a subscription and with no previous billing or communication, and out of nowhere it says i owe and to contact them to pay the amount owed and if they dont hear from me in 30 days they will assume this notice is valid and i owe the amount.
