On August 19, 2002 my checking account was debited 199.00 dollars by Capital Consumers Group (aka) US Guardian without authorization. I was able to contact the company and ask why had they debited my account. They responded telling me that they had a taped conversation saying they could do it then i asked where was the card, they stated i would only get an application for a card for 199.00. I did report this to my bank and they said i could file a claim but chances are i would not get my money back please don't fall prey to this scam. safe guard your credit card receipts someone must have found my credit card receipt or statement and thats how the ripoffs got my information
