Capital Credit Alliance, Inc. -Stated in order to activate card to get catalog had to pay $199, garanteed that they had laptop computers for $800

I want the money back, they lied to me and when I tried calling the catalog number 1-800-720-7125 and was continuously on hold while they stated all the lines were busy. Also, tried calling Customer Service line 1-800-760-4045. The catalogs only had one computer and it was on the back page and it was desktop for $1399. We already have a reliable desktop. This is not what they promised and I want my money back. It took them over 30 days to get the cards and catalogs here while they already took my money. I want it back to pay back my mother.
