Capital Credit Alliance INC. ripoff and illegal practices against the law of the state of Nevada consumer fraud ripoff Las Vegas Nevada .....
A year ago my father was struck by a Drunk driver. He spent a grueling 8 weeks in ICU and another 8 weeks in Chicago rehab center for his brain injuries. These people strive on the weakness of others. They have debited more than $900. from my fathers checking account. In addition, We have made seveal calls asking them to remove the debits and refund all his money.
Now I am on a mission and that is to close these people down and place a class action suit against them. I have researched and found that everything they are doimg is against the federal and state laws of Nevada. So please if your one of those victums please contact me at 219-364-1425 and lets tear down the play house.

Hello PPl I have recieved letters from the attorney's generals office in Nevada, Indiana and from the BBB. They are on to these scam artist and will be shut down in time. The most important thing is we all must stick together. The more letters they get from us the faster they will be shut down. I still await the FTC to contact me as well.

I feel for your situation,,,,They also do business as CCS consumer Credit Services,,,,Do not be fooled they have an excellent Marketing scheme,,, they send you a Gold card inside of a letter,but not one person forced you to call their inbound callcenters,, beware of the mail that you think you have in your hand....I t is all for a Catalog Club Membership...LOL,,, once you look at the product inside the letter make sure that it has a CC logo on it if that is what you were looking for...C C A......C C S...one located on Sahara and the other on Commerce are part of a Catalog Club membership.
