I Was Ripped Off !!! BY CAPITAL CREDIT ALLIANCE ..by phone solicitation!

I Received a letter from capital credit alliance offering me a so called credit card with a limit of $6,500. At first I did not respond to the mailing, but approx. two weeks later I received a call from CCA asking if I would like to join.

The caller explained if I acted promptly I would receive $8,500 in credit. He also explained I would be able to borrow money through my "membership". After what I thought was asking all the right questions, I agreed and revealed all my information, they than did a automatic debit from my checking and sent my packet.
After one month and a half had passed and I still had not received anything.

I proceeded to call their customer service # for 3 days before getting through to them. When I did finally got them on the phone I asked when I should receive my packet, They assurred I should receive it in two more weeks.

Then when I did receive it in the 1ST week of FEB.,I found they want another $150 on march 1ST when I have already invested $199.That's $349.00 invested and i still haven't even placed an order.Not only are you restricted to ordering only their overpriced items but you have to pay 30% up front.I think my hardest pill to sollow though is when I called to cancel CCA said i could not cancel and my money was unrefundable.
