Capital Financial Card ripoff Largo Florida

I've been contacting this company since last year december, but I having a hard time call them because its always busy and forwarding to answering machine.

So I decided to email them because I want to cancelled my membership but still the same nobody reply The first time I emailed March 1, 2006, second is March 4, 2006, third is May 27, 2006, and now its October 15, 2006 I kept on trying if I can contact them, but I failed,

The only thing I want to return back the $200.00 that they get to my back account, but now my bank account is close. The card number that they gave it to me is (((ROR REDACTED NUMBER FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))). I dont know now where to contact them. Maybe somebody can help to locate them or somebody I can talk to.
