Capital Financial Card ripoff, took $139.95 out of my account without my permission Largo Florida

I was contacted yesterday about a credit card that I could use through their catalogs and that I would also get a 500 dollar cash withdrawal allowance for a loan. They told me that they would charge me a $139.95 setup fee and then I hung up on them. This morning I checked on my account balance and it showed that they had taken out the $139.95 without my permission. I contacted my bank and they said that since the withdrawal is still on hold until tommorow that the cannot do anything until then. They said to call bac in the morning and file a claim on it and they will put my money back until the dispute is resolved. They said that they will investigate it and if I did not approve this transaction that they will keep the refunded amount in my account.
