Capital Financial dishonest, fraudlent billing Ripoff Largo Florida

This company called and called me for weeks. I dont know where they got my number; but when i finally returned their calls, I was told I was approved for a credit card to improve my credit score.

After I was told I would have to put down $200.00 and it would be taken out of my personal bank account, I refused.

I should have know something was wrong; when the salsemen on the other end was willing to do anything to work payments, and when I told him I would think about it and call back. He said it was a one time thing and I would not the eligable at a later time.

To make a long story short instead of a credit card they sent me cheep card that intitled me to very over priced, mostly useless products.

When I called to get my money refunded I was refused with the offer to cancel and lose my $200 or a extra $100 to my account.

I decided not to lose my money, so I tried to order $200 worth of merch, then end it. When I ordered the crap, I was then told that I would be required to send a money order for 30% of the total order, before i could receive it. This was also not in the package.

So I put it on the back burner, and a month later I got a $30 charge to my bank account. When I called with questions, they told me that if you dont order within 90 days you are charged. I was told that this policy was in the package, but the only thing I recived was a catalog and a letter giving me the web site and $300 paper vouchers.
