I used a broker 11 capital financial (Megan) that assured me a closing with RCN as a hard money loan. I paid for an appriasal that had to be done on a certain date. That appraisal did not get done on time and the same day it was not completed I found out that I would have to get a survey for another $2500 dollars. We were a week from closing. RCN knew that the appraisal already didnt come back on time and then knew they was no time for a survey. This was complete scam. There was no lending, just paying fees. They used a sketchy appraisal comany that is trying to keep my appraisal money. RCN wont contact me back even though it was them that found appraisal nation. 11 Capital is trying to cover there tracks by not contacting me. You know you have been scammed when no one will talked to you about your money that they are keeping. Stay away from all 3 of these companies, they are scams. I now have to take all 3 to small claims court. Terrible companies.
