I was contacted by "Capital First" offering me a credit line of $2500.I was ask to pay $29.99 to cover the shipping and I was also ask to pay two other fees of $99.95 and $59.95 in which I paid.

I waited so long that I never got my card from those RIPOFF!! "CAPITAL FIRST" and I have called so many times that they would just say "your card is coming in 2-3 weeks",or either their phone is busy all the time,hell with that."Capital First" is a big RIPOFF!! company.
