Capital First i still don't have the card months later yet i've been billed Miami Florida

As of August 6 2002, I was approved by Capital First for a credit card, which I still have not received. I have paid several membership fees, been added to a magazine without knowledge of the cost.

I have been unable to reach Capital First by telephone. I have spoken with both Better Business Bureaus from Ca. and Fl. They have been unable to get any reponse from Capital First either.

Mr. Bentley is the Capital First Firm President. I have spoken with several agents on the phone. The only response I got was " it's on its way". I know as of 10-24-02, the phone number(1-866-892-6018)has had a busy signal 24 hours a day.
