In June2003 was solicited for Capital First Mastercard. For one time-fee of $59.95refundable in 7 days if not happy and an annual membership fee of $99.95 i would have a $2500. credit limit.Numerous phone calls and false promises has led to no avail. They withdrew the $159.90 at one time. Now you ca't even call them,line is always busy. Do not get envolved.
