Capital Management Ripoff phone scam shakedown Nationwide

"Capital Management" calls me every freaking day looking for M---. I constantly say he doesn't live here and hasn't lived here for years, so stop calling me. Then they start leaving messages that they are turning his case over to a lawyer. The "lawyer" then leaves a message. The guy sounds like a street punk and mumbles the name of the lawyer office and leaves a number. Well I called the number and it's out of service. I played the msg back about 6 times, and I definitely am calling the number given. It is also impossible to understand the name of the "law office". Pretty strange. It's unintelligible. So it gets stranger. I call the number back on the caller ID that just left the lawyer message, it's a different phone # all together. I ask if there is a "Mr Johnson" there. Somebody acts real weird, says yah, and calls over to "Josh". There is mumbling and the person hangs up on me!

It gets stranger still. I get the number for Capital Management from my caller id and I call them. I am transferred FOUR times, and put on hold several times. I finally get someone on the line and I say hey, you are looking for M--- so stop calling me, he doesn't live here. He asks me if my address is an address in a different city in the state. I say no, that isn't this address and neither one of us ever lived there. He hangs up!

That is very strange and suspicious. I looked on ripoffreport.com and sure enough, there is a phone scam from a "Capital Managament" company that tries to shake people down for bills they never had. They call and harass people and try to bully them into paying them money. I'm glad this web site is around to alert the public!
