Please be advised when setting up a Merchant account to handle credit cards for online purchases that CAPITAL MERCHANT SERVICES is FRAUDULENT and has many subgroups that are attached to it. Do NOT by any means give them your banking information. They will NOT tell you up front what your charges will be. And it comes from two or more divisions of there company  USMS (US MERCHANT SERVICES) EPI, which hit your bank at different times. The charges will not be reversed! We tried for 6 months to correct them and they refused to do it, instead they sent it over to collections, while we were in a middle of an agreement to find a resolution. 

Capital Merchant Services who is headed by a wicked woman called Ty Bonds, who is the last manager in charge of customer disputes and she will take you for a ride, deriding you, belittling your complaints, and manipulating you by saying if you pay these fees we will reverse the mis-charges.  Its ridiculous to pay fees on something that was a mis-charge in the first place.  


They throw out the honey at first making you promises that they DO NOT intend to keep. We registered for a certain amount  and were told we had qualified, six months down the road when we tried to get a customers Credit card approved for a transaction they denied it. When we investigated it they told us that the customer service agent who initially set up the account made a mistake, and in order to do what we had to do for business, we had to upgrade or find another provider. However that, their would be a cancellation fee of $250.00 if we decided to quit there services. Meanwhile our bank kept getting charged but our services where on hold? They are an evil company who don't give a rip about you or your business.

This is the most unscrupulous group of thieves in bankcard today -- they have grossly overbilled hundreds, if not thousands of mercants -- they do not respond -- the do not resolve -- they really don't know what they are doing --

They are a bunch of hacks that bought an existing company, and think that because they have "bought" these accounts, it gives them a license to steal --

If you are processing through them -- look for the .05 per transaction they have added as an "interchange cost" -- when if fact, no such interchange expense exists --

They lie/cheat/steal. . . . .

This is in response to the report posted Thursday, January 14th 2010, concerning Capital Merchant Solutions, Inc.

Unfortunately the statement provided does not accurately reflect the situation or the attitude of our company and staff.  Despite our best efforts (including issuing a refund, waving fees, and providing several hours of phone support), we've regrettably been unable to reach an amicable resolution with this particular client.  We have taken appropriate steps to ensure such misunderstandings do not happen again.

Capital Merchant Solutions has been serving merchants for over 10 years, with an ongoing commitment to providing excellent service and support. When concerns arise, we have a proven track record of being available and responsive to our client's needs.  We regularly receive positive feedback and excellent testimonials from our merchants.
