CAPITAL ONE PAYMENT PROTECTION whe applied for credit card from CAPITAL one I also purchased to payment protection. when I really needed it , charlotte , Richmond, plano , Virginia

When I first appied for credit card from capital one , I alo applied for payment protection.  It became necessary to apply for the insurance.  once I called capital onetheysent me a for to complete and return.  I completed some of the fom an saw it required my Dr. signature.  I sent it my nero, Dr.
The nurse called me at home and stated the Dr. had completed the form and asked would like for them to fax it to capital one.  I  agree. 

A few weeks later I received a letter and the denied it. 
Capital one told me I had to be disable to qualify for the protection.  At the bottom for the fom I sent It had an space for the Dr. to sign and a space that stated,  is person disable or unable to work,  The Dr. checked   YES.    I  highlighted tht area an returnd it.  
 
Capital one continuesto deny my request.   I have not and can not pay this.  I bought this I good hopes that I would be covered.
In the next week or so I received an adm, settlement leter where they were filing a clas action settlement. 
My credit limit was 1800 now I have an balance of @2400. 
The initial letter from cap one was returned an sent back a couple times, the last one I receved , stated my time period had passed. 
I can not deal with this right now.  I was in the Hospital for over a month time,
