Car Acquire broke the (90 day contract)refund wasnt issued after that no part of the company would help us Colorado Springs, Colorado

I'm the owner of a 3500 Dodge Ram Pickup Dually that the company promised to sell 90day contract. they couldn't sell it and broke the contract by nt refunding our money as promised. It was put on my mother-in-laws charge card which was 750.00 we also had a trailor so we sold it because that promise was broken so we sold it on our own.we lost our truck went back to the bank. sent pictures that they ask for and vin number what ever info. they needed. we kept calling and asking about our sell. we gt lies after lies. i wanted to speak to the legal department a lie was told that they had no such thing.one sales person kept leading on to another said our truck was sold and the next lie said we think we gt your truck sold we are just waiting on paper work to be done and next came another lie i do not know the truck being sold. i think the person backed out. and was told by different sellsmen. oh one of the sellsman left the company. and even the supervisor well we talked to one lady and never heard back at all from the supervisor. never every one never called back we always called back. its a scam. ur money is in the mail will be there this week. days went by never have gt it. August was the month. we are still waiting. they are full of lies. one man i call every day i tell him we are still waiting  on our money and he says it will be there i don't know what day.we tell him to over night it. oh we cant do that. then he says one of the car company's has your check. just when ever they send it out. lies and more lies told. its a scam on line. This company needs to be shut down and bar there doors. they cant keep there contracts promised to the customer. they cant be open for business. i don't see how with the lies told. beating there customers and lying. send me a picture of your truck and not  following through with the contract. lies lies lies fooling the customer we gt your truck sold. we think.and never call us to let us know any kind of information.just leading us own.i call every day asking about my money and that is money we don't have to give to them.
