First of all they falsely advertise prices on the internet. They lure you in with a low price then say the prices on the internet include a 25% down payment. I read the fine print and saw that the "deposit" was for the "special financing offer" which would get the payments down to the low monthly payment also stated on the internet and did not refer to the sales price. I proceeded anyhow because I did not have a credit history and was in need of a car. I was willing to be ripped off to an extent so long as I could get the car I needed and establish my credit. When I told them I worked for Uber, they said the banks would not like that so the salesman sent me home in the new car and told me to wait a couple of days. He then came to me with falsified wage documents and instructed me to take them to a specific credit union (I've forgotten which one now.)

I did that and informed the credit union that the dealership instructed me to appear with a falsified earning statement. They ofcourse refused to finance me. When I returned to the dealership they no longer had the car I had brought them as a trade in. In order to avoid a law suite and massive legal bills, they financed me thorugh their in-house lender Mengar financial. After driving the car a few days I notice the speed on the odometer does not match the speed recorded by the road-side speed dectors. I look closely at the tires and notice they do not even belong on my car, they were too small.  What's more they were chinese tires which had significat wear I did not notice when buying the car. Right off the bat I had to buy 4 new tires and get an alignment on the car.

2 years later, my transmission fails. I was sold the car with a "limited lifetime warranty." This warranty includes the transimission including all of its "internal parts". When I went to claim the warranty they said it only applied if it was financed through a major bank. That stipulation never appears on any of the paperwork I have. Had Mengar reported my payment to the credit bureau, it would not have been so bad, but after more than 2 years of on time payments, I still have no credit score because they never reported those payments.

These people are the dirtiest, most dishonest people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with in all of my 43 years of living life on earth.
