Card Member Services Never ending calls, hangups on removal request, dial 9 has no effect Nationwide

     This company has been calling us for at least one year about 3 times per week.We tried ignoring the calls, butr they kept coming.

     We tried dialing 9 to be removed from their calling list. The calls kept coming.

     We tried talking to a representive to be removed but we were hung up on. Sill the calls kept coming.

     Finally, I said this, only not so nice, " Has you ole G%$ D#@!%^ momma ever stopped having oral sex with donkeys?" There was a man on the other end and we talked about my language ( I am a christian and only used those words in desperartion) and the fact that nothing would stop the phone calls from coming in.

     Well! The calls stopped shortly after that incident!

     But! My wife just informed me that the calls have started again. By the way, we have advised them that we ARE on the National Do Not Call registery, but they don't ive a crap about that.

     We have tried *77 on the phone and they still manage to get through.

     This is my latest plan....dial 1 and get a real person on the line. Then, let off an air horn into the phone for 5 seconds. At the least, I'll have some fun. Better, trhe calls will stop. Best, I'll get suied and I will be able to file a counter suit because I'll know who I am dealing with.

     One way or another, I WILL stop these calls.
