Cardcash Do Not Buy From These People Brick internet

I bought $200 worth of discounted gift cards for $179.60. I gave them to my son as a graduation present. He garduated from college and I wanted him to buy some nice clothes for job interviews. I Purchased them in March. He graduated in May. He went to Mens Wartehouse in June and was told they had 0 balance on them. Luckily My wife was there to pay for the clothes. I called Cardcash thinking there must be some mistake. They said we will file a claim for you and some will get back to you. I was contacted the next day by the claims department. What they said BLEW MY MIND.

"Buying from any Marketplace involves the classical Risk vs Reward decision. Consumers shopping on a marketplace can save up to 35% but will at times receive cards that are invalid or have a balance discrepancy. This is not something we can control. However, in order to make our customers feel a bit more comfortable we offer a 45 day buyer protection guarantee."

"In your situation, we were unfortunately unsuccessful in recouping funds from the original seller and cannot offer any refunds for this order since it is beyond the 45 day period."

So they knowingly, possibly, sold me bad giftcards. How is this not illegal? I called again and the customer service rep said they could take down anything I wanted to say and send it to the claims again. Burt they could not do anything else.

RIPPOFF. DO NOT BUY FROM CARDCASH.
