I started with Cardinal Logistics at their Minersville, PA terminal as a driver delivering to Lowes stores. After three days of training, which was a complete joke seeing as how most of the time I sat in the truck and did nothing while my so-called "trainer" drove and did all the work, they sent me out on my own. And after working there for only three days, they fired me. Apparently they didn't like a couple of mixups that occured over which load went where. The first incident involved the Lowes store in Bethelehem, PA. I was given no directions and mistakenly went to the store in Easton, PA at first seeing as how those two towns are right by each other. The second incident involved two scheduled runs I was to make in a day. One was to Montoursville, PA and the other to Dover, DE. The person I spoke to about my load assignment mixed up the order numbers and I ended up taking the load for Dover to Montoursville which I didn't discover until I arrived in Montoursville. And then there were some issues over where I dropped the trailer with the load once I got it down to Dover. Apparently the operations manager wanted me to put it in a dock which I could not do seeing as how there was a trailer in their docks already and the people at the store didn't want another one taking up another dock. No one sat down and talked to me about any of this and after only three days, I was fired without warning. This company expects the kind of perfection that I am just not capable of so unless you're a perfectly perfect driver, don't work for them.

I guess maybe if you didnt understand anything you should have called.  Also isnt a part of being a delivery driver reading your load assignment to see where your going.   Another victim to retardism!!!!!  to bad so sad.
