I went to Red Lobster this evening with my family to celebrate a Birthday and when the bill came I paid part of the total with the electronic gift card. Imagine my surprise and embarrassment when the manager told me the gift card was used already in Flagstaff Arizona on December 5th 2016. I live in Pittsburgh Pa and the last time I visited Flagstaff was 1972. I have contacted Cardpool 5 times over two weeks and have notreceived a reply.
