Cardpool Carpool took my order, then cancelled and sold merchandise to another Internet

I placed an order with cardpool.com, to purchase used gift cards. However, after about 24 hours I received an email stating that the "risk" department cancelled my order. With no explanation. I've used this company several times in the past, buying various gift cards. I've never had a problem. This company had no reason to cancel my order - same credit card, same address, same email, etc. In fact, they have called me on previous orders to "verify" the transaction. So why did they not call this time? I believe they either didn't really have the gift cards, sold them to somebody else, or ?!?!?!?

I complained to this company, and basically told them that I was not happy with them and that they could cancel my account. So they did. After years of being a customer, no explanation, to attempt to try and rectify the situaiton, just good-bye. I believe there was a shady reason behind cancelling my order. I will NOT do business with them again.
