career step Falsifies cancellation documents and dates provo, Utah

Jenae Walker falsifies cancellations documents so you can not cancel the class. She says you never contacted her when you have. Customer service in the operations dept will never take your call or return a call to you or an email. Do not sign up with this company. They say you have 14 days to cancel and when I contacted them in 6 days they said I never did. When I emailed and called them again in 2 more days which is the 8th day they said to  bad no cancellations ever. What happened to the 14 days to cancel. Ithought 8 days was less than 14. I put messages all over facebook but they deleted them. Did I get a phone call NOPE. Any response from them NOPE. Stay away from these people.
