Carl Welte , Un-professional, un-ethical , Rogue realtor!!!
     I went to him looking for commercial property to open a hair salon.
I had $40,000 cash and pristine credit.
    He steered me to a large commercial property. I only needed 1/4 of
the sq ft for my salon.  
     Told me he could help me rent out the rest of the building. I was
a little leary, but ...... I saw his vision of rentors paying the mortgage.
   I  was told my bid was accepted and I paid for an inspection and deposit .
 Carl Welte then tried to put his name on mortgage( like i wouldn't notice)
WHAT???? I told him that he needs to come up with some cash if he want's to be "Partner". ~The End ~he quit returning my calls , the deal fell through.....Lost $1500 inspection fees!
 Guess what?? When the new phonebook came out...... he had the property I was to buy ......listed the W Realtors address!!!!!! He obviously had an agenda!
