Carleton Sheets (Sheethead!) Refused to cancel my order after I read all of your horror stories! Ripoff! Oak Brook Illinois

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! They claim you can't cancel.

I placed the order but thought better of it after I read all the horror stories here... So I called to cancel. The "order center" claims to be a different entity than the actualy CS organization. They claimed that the order can not be canceled as soon as it is placed because it is automatically whisked to the CS organization.

So I called them to cancel. Strangely they can't cancel it either because it hasn't posted in their system...It doesn't post for 24-48 hours you see. So neither "office" really has your order...Hmmmm. The CS woman assured me that it would be there in 24 hours so I would need to call back after that time frame to cancel.

So I waited 12 hours and tried to call in to cancel. Still not in the system at the CS scam HQ. This time I told her I was just checking because I want to cancel the order before it is even shipped.

She was shocked, "Someone told you you could cancel the order?? You can't cancel once the order was placed."
"Listen you can't coerce or force me to get these products."

"Have a WONDERFUL day sir." In the 'screw you' tone of voice from her. (I'm sure you've heard the "I'm saying "Have a Nice Day" but meaning "get bent" tone.)
What a crock of dung!!

I called the bank. They captured the Visa. No charges will go through on the Visa again. Top-Notch customer service... something you won't get from the Sheetheads of Oak Brook, ILL.

Go ahead and force the shipment scumbags, you're not getting paid for it!!
